Exodus 8

8 ¹Then our Papa tell Moses say, "Go meet Pharaoh and tell am, 'Na dis be wetin our Papa talk: Make you let my people go, so dem fit serve me.'" ²But if you refuse make dem go, I go send frog trouble come cover your whole country. ³Di River Nile go full with frog wey go comot come enter your house, your bedroom, and your bed, di house of your servants and your people, your oven and di bowl wey you dey knead dough. ⁴Di frog go climb come on top you, on top your people, and on top all your servants."'" ⁵And our Papa tell Moses say, "Tell Aaron: 'Stretch your hand with your staff over di rivers, di canals, and di ponds, and make frog climb come cover di land of Egypt.'"

⁶Aaron stretch im hand over di waters of Egypt, and frog climb come cover di land of Egypt. ⁷But di magician people do di same thing with dem secret power, dem bring frog come on top di land of Egypt.

⁸Pharaoh call Moses and Aaron come and talk say, "Beg God make e comot di frog from me and my people, and I go let di people go go sacrifice to God."

⁹Moses tell Pharaoh say, "Di honor na your own—you fit choose di time yourself: wetin time I go pray for you, your servants, and your people, so dat di frog go comot from you and your houses, and remain only for di River Nile?"

¹⁰"Tomorrow," e talk. Moses answer say, "E go be as you talk, so dat you go know say nobody dey like our Papa.

¹¹Di frog go comot from you, from your houses, from your servants, and from your people, e go remain only for di River Nile."

¹²Moses and Aaron comot from Pharaoh, and Moses cry out to our Papa about di frog wey our Papa bring on top Pharaoh. ¹³And our Papa do as Moses ask. Di frog die for di houses, for di compounds, and for di fields. ¹⁴Dem gather dem for heap upon heap, and di land begin smell bad. ¹⁵But when Pharaoh see say di trouble don rest, e make im heart hard and e no gree listen to dem, just as our Papa don talk.

Sand-Sand Turn Small Fly

¹⁶Then our Papa tell Moses say, "Tell Aaron: Stretch your staff and strike di sand-sand of di ground, and e go turn small fly for all di land of Egypt."

¹⁷Dem do so. Aaron stretch im hand with im staff and strike di sand-sand of di ground, and small fly come on top people and on top animals. All di sand-sand of di ground turn small fly for di whole land of Egypt. ¹⁸Di magician people try dem secret power to make small fly, but dem no fit. Di small fly cover people and animals. ¹⁹Di magician people tell Pharaoh say, "Na di finger of God be dis." But Pharaoh heart still hard; e no gree listen to dem, just as our Papa don talk.

Papa Draw Line For Goshen

²⁰Then our Papa tell Moses say, "Wake up early for morning and stand before Pharaoh as e dey go di water. Tell am say, 'Na dis be wetin our Papa talk: Make you let my people go, so dem fit serve me.

²¹"If you no gree let my people go, I go send plenty fly come swarm on top you, your servants, your people, and your houses. Di houses of di Egypt people go full with fly, and even di ground wey dem dey stand on top. ²²But for dat day I go set di land of Goshen apart, di place wey my people dey live, so dat no fly go swarm for there, so dat you go know say Me, your Papa, dey for inside di land. ²³I go put difference between my people and your people. Tomorrow dis sign go happen.'"

²⁴So our Papa do am. Plenty-plenty swarm of fly full Pharaoh house and di houses of im servants; for all di land of Egypt, di fly swarm spoil di land.

²⁵Pharaoh call Moses and Aaron come and talk say, "Go, sacrifice to your God for inside dis land."

²⁶But Moses talk say, "Dat one no go correct—wetin we dey sacrifice to our Papa na abomination for di Egypt people. If we sacrifice wetin be abomination to dem for dem front, dem no go stone us? ²⁷We must go journey wey be three days inside di wilderness and sacrifice to our Papa, just as e command us."

²⁸Pharaoh talk say, "I go let una go sacrifice to Oga your God for di wilderness—only make una no go too far. Beg for me."

²⁹Then Moses talk say, "As soon as I comot from you, I go beg our Papa, and tomorrow di swarm of fly go comot from Pharaoh, im servants, and im people. Only make Pharaoh no deceive again by refusing to let di people go sacrifice to our Papa." ³⁰So Moses comot from Pharaoh and beg our Papa. ³¹As Moses ask, our Papa comot di swarm of fly from Pharaoh, im servants, and im people—not even one remain. ³²But Pharaoh make im heart hard dis time too, and e no gree let di people go.
