Acts 26

26 ¹Agrippa tell Paul say, "You fit talk for yourself." Then Paul stretch im hand comot and start to defend imself.

²King Agrippa, I count myself as person wey get luck to defend myself for your front today against all di tins wey di Jews take accuse me, ³especially as you sabi all di Jewish custom and di argument dem well well, so I dey beg you make you hear me finish with patience.

⁴All di Jews sabi my life from wen I be small pikin, wey I take spend am from di start among my own nation and for Jerusalem. ⁵Dem don sabi me tey, and if dem gree talk true, na according to di strictest group for our religion I take live as a Pharisee. ⁶And now I dey stand for court because of di hope for di promise wey our Papa make give our fadas. ⁷Our twelve tribes dey hope say dem go reach dis promise, as dem dey worship am with all dia heart night and day. Na because of dis hope, king, di Jews take accuse me. ⁸Why una dey take am say e no fit be true say our Papa dey raise dead people?

¹⁹So, King Agrippa, I no disobey di vision wey come from heaven, ²⁰but I declare am first to di people for Damascus, then for Jerusalem and all di region of Judea, and to di Gentiles too, make dem repent and turn to our Papa, dey do work wey match dia repentance. ²¹Na for dis reason di Jews catch me for di temple and try to kill me. ²²With help wey come from our Papa, I dey stand reach today, dey testify to small and big people, dey talk noting pass wetin di prophets and Moses talk say e go happen: ²³say Christ must suffer, and, as di first one to rise from di dead, e go announce light to our people and to di Gentiles too.

³²Agrippa tell Festus say, "Dem for don free dis man if e no bin appeal to Caesar."
