Elders Wey Dey Show How di Papa Be

¹⁰Because plenty people dey stubborn, dey talk rubbish and dey lead oda people go astray—especially di circumcision group. ^a a v10 Di 'circumcision group' na di teachers wey come from Jew background wey bin dey insist say Gentile believers must do circumcision before dem fit save true-true. ¹¹Dem must shut dem mouth, because dem dey scatter whole family, dey teach wetin dem no suppose teach, all because of shameful money. ¹²One of dem own prophets talk am: “Cretan people na liars all di time, dem be wicked animals, lazy chop-chop people.” ¹³Dis testimony na true. So make you correct dem well-well, so dat dem go strong for di faith, ¹⁴and make dem no gree hear Jewish stories wey no get head and rules wey come from people wey reject di truth. ¹⁵Everytin clean to people wey clean; but for dem wey don spoil and wey no dey believe, notin clean—dem mind and dem conscience, di two don become dirty. ¹⁶Dem dey claim say dem know our Papa, but dem dey deny am wit wetin dem dey do—dem be people wey dey make person vex belle, dem no dey obey, and dem no fit do any good work.
