5For dat time, Jews wey dey fear God well well from every nation wey dey under heaven dey live for Jerusalem. 6When dis sound sound, plenty people gather, dem confuse, because each person dey hear dem dey talk for im own language. 7Dem shock and wonder well well, dem dey talk say, “Abi no be Galilee people be all dis people wey dey talk? 8So how e take be wey each of us dey hear dem for di language wey we take born? 9Parthia people, Media people, and Elam people; those wey dey live for Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, 10Phrygia, Pamphylia, Egypt, di parts of Libya wey dey near Cyrene; visitors from Rome, Jews and people wey turn to Jewish religion; 11Crete people and Arab people—we dey hear dem dey tell for our own tongues di mighty works wey our Papa do!” 12Dem all shock and confuse, dem dey ask one anoda, “Wetin dis one mean?” 13But oda people dey laugh dem, dem talk say, “Dis people don drink sweet wine tire.”
Peter Announce di Oga Wey Don Rise From Death
14But Peter stand up with di eleven, e raise im voice, e come talk give dem say: “Una men of Judea, everybody wey dey live for Jerusalem—make una know dis one and listen my word well well. 15Dis people no drunk as una think, because na only nine o'clock for morning e be. b b v15 Di third hour of di day na like nine o'clock for morning—e too early well well for di kind drunk wey di crowd bin think. 16No o, na dis be wetin dem talk through di prophet Joel:

34Because David no go up enter heaven, but e himself talk say: “Our Papa tell my Oga say, 'Sidon for my right hand, 35until I make your enemies turn footstool for your feet.'”
36“So make di whole house of Israel know for sure: our Papa don make dis Jesus, wey una nail for cross, to be Oga and Christ.”
37When dis word cut dem for heart, dem ask Peter and di oda apostles, “My brothers, wetin we go do?”
38Peter talk give dem say, “Make una repent, and make each of una baptize for di name of Jesus Christ so dat una sins go forgive, and una go receive di gift of di Holy Spirit. 39Because di promise na for una, una pikin, and all wey dey far—as many as our Papa wey be di Sovereign go call come to imself.” 40And with plenty oda words e warn dem and dey beg dem, e talk say, “Make una save unaself from dis bad generation.” 41So those wey welcome im message baptize, and like 3,000 people join dat day.
To Live As Di Papa Im Family
42Dem give demself to di apostles' teaching and deep fellowship, to di breaking of bread and di prayers. 43Fear and wonder catch everybody, and plenty wonders and signs happen through di apostles. 44All di people wey believe dey together and dey share everything wey dem get. 45Dem sell dem land and dem property, and dem share di money give everybody, as anybody need am. 46Every day, dem dey gather together for di temple, dem dey break bread house to house, dem dey share food with joy and true heart, 47dem dey praise our Papa, and dem get favor for eye of all di people. Oga dey add to dem number every day those wey dey save.
