12"But for dis one you no correct, I dey answer you, because God big pass any human being. 13Why you dey argue against am, say e no dey answer any of person im words? 14Because God dey talk for one way, and then anoda way, even doh nobody dey notice am. 15For dream, for vision of di night, when deep sleep fall on people as dem dey sleep for dia bed, 16na then e dey open dia ears and press im warnings inside dem, 17to turn person from bad way and to keep man from pride, 18e dey hold dia soul back from di pit, dia life from perishing by sword.
19"E dey also correct person wit pain for im bed, wit im bones wey dey ache no stop, 20so tey im life come hate bread, and im soul di sweetest food. 21Im flesh dey waste comot, and im bones, wey bin hide before, come dey stick out. 22Im soul dey near di pit, and im life to dem wey dey bring death.
23"If messenger dey for am, one wey go stand between—one out of 1,000—to tell person wetin dey right for am, 24and e show am kindness and talk say, 'Save am from going down to di pit; I don find ransom,' a a v24 The ransom wey dey deliver soul from di pit dey point pass Elihu im words go di ransom wey our Papa go one day provide for inside Jesus, wey give im life as ransom for plenty people. 25na then im flesh go fresh pass pikin own; e go return to di days of im young age. 26E pray to God, and God accept di one wey dey worship am; di worshiper see God face wit shout of joy, and God restore im correct-and-holy way to dat person. 27E dey sing for people front and talk say, 'I sin and twist wetin bin dey right, but e no pay me back for am. 28E redeem my soul from going down to di pit, and I go see di light.'
29"Look, God dey do all dis tins again and again wit person, 30to bring im soul back from di pit, so dat e go shine wit di light of di living.
