2How long I go take wrestle with my thoughts and dey carry sorrow for my heart di whole day? How long my enemy go take win me? 3Look me and answer me, my Papa; give light to my eyes, if not, I go sleep for death.
4My enemy go talk say, “I don overcome am,” and my enemies go dey rejoice wen I fall. 5But I don trust for your faithful love; my heart go rejoice for your salvation. 6I go sing to my Papa, because e don good to me well well.
