³ Wen I keep quiet, my bones waste away as I dey groan di whole day. ⁴ Kasi for day and night your hand dey heavy for my body; my strength dry up like wen sun-heat dey burn for dry season. Selah

⁵ Den I gree my sin give you, and I no hide my guilt; I talk say, “I go confess my rebellion give our Papa” — and you forgive di guilt of my sin. Selah

⁶ Naim make everybody wey dey faithful pray give you wen dem fit still find you; for true, wen di big water rise, e no go reach am. ⁷ Na you be hiding place for me; you dey keep me away from trouble; you dey surround me with shouting of deliverance. Selah
