Numbers 32

32 ¹Di sons of Reuben and sons of Gad get plenty-plenty animal. ²⁰Moses tok give dem say, "If una do dis thing—if una carry weapon for front of our Papa for di war, ²¹and every man among una wey carry weapon cross di Jordan for front of our Papa till e don drive out im enemies from im front, ²²and di land don calm down for front of our Papa, den afta una fit return and una no go owe am or Israel anything again, and dis land go be your own for front of our Papa. ²³But if una no do dis thing, look—una go don sin against our Papa, and make una sabi: your sin go catch una. ²⁴Build cities for your small ones, pen for your animal, and do wetin your mouth don promise."

²⁵Di sons of Gad and Reuben tok give Moses say, "We, your servants, go do as my oga command. ²⁶Our children, wives, animal, and all our herd go stay dia for di cities of Gilead, ²⁷but we, your servants, every man wey carry weapon for war, go cross for front of our Papa go fight, as my oga tok."

³³So Moses give dem—di sons of Gad, di sons of Reuben, and di half-tribe of Manasseh pikin of Joseph—di kingdom of Sihon king of di Amorites and di kingdom of Og king of Bashan: di land, im cities, di territories, and di cities of di country wey surround am. ³⁴And di sons of Gad build Dibon, Ataroth, Aroer, ³⁵Atroth-shophan, Jazer, Jogbehah, ³⁶Beth-nimrah, and Beth-haran—cities wey get strong wall and pen for sheep. ³⁷And di sons of Reuben build Heshbon, Elealeh, Kiriathaim, ³⁸Nebo, Baal-meon (wey dem change im name), and Sibmah—dem give di cities wey dem build again new names. ³⁹Di sons of Machir pikin of Manasseh go Gilead, capture am, and drive out di Amorites wey dey live dia. ⁴⁰So Moses give Gilead to Machir pikin of Manasseh, and e settle dia. ⁴¹And Jair pikin of Manasseh go and capture dia villages, and call dem Havvoth-jair. ⁴²And Nobah go and capture Kenath and im villages, and call am Nobah, afta im own name.
