2 Corinthians 9

9 ¹Concerning how we dey serve Oga im people, I no need write you, ²because I sabi how una ready well-well, and I dey blow una trumpet give di people for Macedonia, say Achaia don ready since last year, and una hot-hot mind don wake plenty of dem up. ³So I dey send di brothers, so dat di way we take blow una trumpet no go turn empty for dis matter—say una go ready, as I talk. ⁴If not so, if di Macedonia people come with me and meet una wey una no ready, shame go catch us—make I no even talk of una—for di kind confidence wey we get. ⁵So I see am say e make sense make I beg di brothers make dem waka go una front and arrange before-before for di big-heart gift wey una don promise, so dat e go ready as gift wey come from willing mind, no be as something wey person give with vex belle.

⁶Remember dis one: whoever plant small go harvest small too, and whoever plant plenty go harvest plenty too. ⁷Make everybody give as e don decide for im heart, no be with heavy mind or as dem force am, because our Papa love person wey dey give with happy heart. ⁸Our Papa fit make all grace overflow give una, so dat as una get all wey una need for everytin all di time, una go overflow for every good work. ⁹As dem write am say: “E don scatter im gift give poor people; im correct-and-holy way go last forever.”

¹⁰Di One wey dey give seed to di person wey dey plant and bread to chop, go give and multiply una seed, and increase di harvest of una correct-and-holy way. ¹¹Una go rich for everytin, so dat una fit dey give with big heart for all times, wey dey make people give thanks to our Papa through us. ¹²Dis service wey una dey do no just dey meet di need of Oga im people, but e dey overflow with plenty thanks to our Papa. ¹³As dis service prove una out, people go praise our Papa because una dey submit and confess di gospel of Christ, and because of di big-heart way wey una dey share with dem and with everybody else. ¹⁴For di prayer wey dem dey pray for una, dem heart go dey yearn for una, because of di grace wey pass everytin wey our Papa don give una. ¹⁵Make we thank our Papa for im gift wey mouth no fit describe!
