Psalms 20

20 ¹ Make our Papa answer you for di day wey trouble come; make di name of di Papa of Jacob keep you safe. ² Make e send you help from di holy place, and make e hold you strong from Zion. ³ Make e remember all di offerings wey you bring and look with favour on your burnt sacrifice. Selah. ⁴ Make e give you wetin your heart dey want and make e complete all your plans.

⁵ We go shout for joy because of di way e save you, and for di name of our Papa we go raise our banners up. Make our Papa complete all di things wey you dey ask am. ⁶ Now I know say our Papa dey save di one wey e anoint; e dey answer am from im holy heaven with di saving power of im right hand. ⁷ Some people dey trust for chariots and some for horses, but we dey trust for di name of our Papa. ⁸ Dem go bend down and fall, but we go rise up and stand strong. ⁹ Our Papa, save di king!
