60 1Wake up, shine, because your light don come, and di glory of our Papa don rise on top you. 2Because darkness go cover di earth, and thick darkness go cover di people; but our Papa go rise on top you, and im glory go show on top you. 3Nations go come to your light, and kings go come to di brightness of your morning-light.
4Lift up your eye look everywhere and see: dem all gather together, dem dey come to you; your sons dey come from far place, and dem dey carry your daughters for waist. 5Den you go see and your face go shine; your heart go beat and swell with joy, because di plenty riches of di sea go turn come to you, di wealth of di nations go come to you. 6Plenty plenty camel go cover you, di young camel of Midian and Ephah; all di people from Sheba go come, dey carry gold and frankincense, and dem go proclaim di praises of our Papa.
7All di flock of Kedar go gather come to you, di rams of Nebaioth go serve you; dem go offer dem for my altar and I go accept dem, and I go glorify my house wey get glory.

10Strangers go build up your walls, and dem kings go serve you; because for my anger I strike you, but for my favour my belle dey pain me with tender mercy for you. 11Your gates go stand open all di time; day and night dem no go shut, so dat di wealth of di nations fit enter come to you, with dem kings dey march for procession. 12Because di nation and kingdom wey no go serve you go perish; those nations go completely turn to waste.
13Di glory of Lebanon go come to you—di cypress, di plane, and di pine together—to make di place of my sanctuary fine; and I go glorify di place wey my feet dey rest. 14Di children of those wey oppress you go come dey bow before you; all di people wey despise you go bow down for your feet. Dem go call you di City of our Papa, di Zion of di Holy One of Israel.
15Even though dem don forsake you and hate you, and nobody dey pass through, I go make you something wey people go dey proud of forever, a joy from generation to generation. 16You go drink di milk of nations, and suck di breast of kings; and you go know say na Me, your Papa, be your Savior and your Redeemer, di Mighty One of Jacob—your Papa. 17Instead of bronze I go bring gold, instead of iron I go bring silver, instead of wood, bronze, and instead of stones, iron. I go make peace your governor and correct-and-holy way your taskmaster. 18Dem no go hear violence again for your land, nor ruin and destruction inside your borders; but you go call your walls Salvation and your gates Praise.
19Di sun no go be your light again for daytime, nor di moon go give you im light; but our Papa go be your everlasting light, and your Papa go be your glory. a a v19 Revelation echo this promise: di new Jerusalem no need sun or moon, because di glory of our Papa na im light, and Jesus di Lamb na im lamp (Rev 21:23). 20Your sun no go set again, and your moon no go fade; because our Papa go be your everlasting light, and di days of your mourning go end. 21Your people all go dey follow di correct-and-holy way; dem go own di land forever—di branch wey I plant, di work of my hands, so dat dem go glorify me. 22Di smallest one go become 1,000, and di least one go become mighty nation.
