Hallelujah
The last psalm is a closing burst of praise to our Father — sanctuary and sky, ram's horn, harp, tambourine, strings, pipe and two kinds of cymbals — with no argument and no request in it. The only qualification named is breath.
150 1Hallelujah! Praise our Father in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty expanse. 2Praise him for his mighty deeds; praise him according to his abundant greatness. 3Praise him with the blast of the ram's horn; praise him with harp and lyre. a a v3 The shofar is the ram's-horn trumpet sounded at Israel's feasts and gatherings — its blast called the people to attention before our Father. 4Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe. 5Praise him with resounding cymbals; praise him with clashing cymbals. 6Let everything that has breath praise our Father.
