Leviticus 8

8 ¹Our Papa talk give Moses say:

²"Take Aaron and im sons come with am, di clothes, di anointing oil, di bull for di sin offering, di two rams, and di basket of bread wey no get yeast, ³and gather di whole congregation for di door of di tent of meeting."

⁴Moses do just as our Papa command am; di people gather for di door of di tent of meeting. ⁵And Moses tell di congregation say, "Na dis be wetin our Papa command make dem do." ⁶Den Moses bring Aaron and im sons come front and wash dem with water. ⁷E put di tunic for Aaron body, tie di sash for im waist, dress am with di robe, put di ephod for am, tie di ephod band wey dem weave well-well for im waist, and fasten am well for im body. ⁸E put di breastpiece for am, and inside di breastpiece e put di Urim and di Thummim. ^a a v8 Di Urim and Thummim na sacred things wey dem dey keep inside di breastpiece and dem dey use am take find God guidance for important decisions. ⁹E put di turban for Aaron head, and for im front e put di gold plate, di holy crown, just as our Papa command Moses. ¹⁰Den Moses take di anointing oil and anoint di tabernacle and everything wey dey inside am, and set dem apart make dem holy. ¹¹E sprinkle small of am for di altar seven times, dey anoint di altar, all im utensils, and di basin with im stand, to dedicate dem. ¹²E pour small anointing oil for Aaron head and anoint am to dedicate am. ^b b v12 Aaron anointing as high priest dey point go front to Jesus, di great High Priest wey our Papa anoint to bring im children come near am. ¹³Den Moses bring Aaron sons come front, dress dem with tunics, tie sashes for dem, and put caps for dem head, just as our Papa command Moses.

¹⁴E bring di bull for di sin offering, and Aaron and im sons put dem hand for im head. ¹⁵Moses kill am, take di blood, and with im finger e rub am for di altar horns all around, dey purify di altar. E pour di rest blood for di base of di altar and dedicate di altar, dey make atonement for am. ¹⁶E take all di fat wey dey for di inside organs, di lobe of di liver, and di two kidneys with dem fat, and burn am for di altar. ¹⁷But di bull—im skin, im flesh, and im waste—e burn am outside di camp, just as our Papa command Moses.

¹⁸E bring di ram for di burnt offering; Aaron and im sons put dem hand for im head. ¹⁹Moses kill am and throw di blood for di sides of di altar. ²⁰E cut di ram into pieces and burn di head, di pieces, and di fat. ²¹E wash di inside organs and di legs with water, den burn di whole ram for di altar—na burnt offering, sweet smell wey dey please, food offering give our Papa, just as our Papa command Moses.

²²E bring di second ram, di ram of ordination, and Aaron and im sons put dem hand for im head. ²³Moses kill am, take small of im blood, and put am for Aaron right earlobe, right thumb, and right big toe. ²⁴Moses bring Aaron sons come near and put blood for dem right earlobes, thumbs, and big toes, den splash di rest for di sides of di altar. ²⁵E take di fat, di fat tail, all di fat wey dey for di intestines, di long lobe of di liver, di two kidneys with dem fat, and di right thigh. ²⁶From di basket of bread wey no get yeast wey dey before our Papa, e take one cake, one cake wey get oil, and one wafer, and put dem for di fat and di right thigh. ²⁷E put all dis things for Aaron and im sons hand, and wave dem as a wave offering before our Papa. ²⁸Moses take dem from dem hand and burn dem for di altar with di burnt offering—na ordination offering, sweet smell wey dey please, food offering give our Papa. ²⁹Moses take di breast and wave am as a wave offering before our Papa—na Moses own share from di ram of ordination, just as our Papa command am. ³⁰Moses take small anointing oil and small blood from di altar and sprinkle am for Aaron and im clothes, for im sons and dem clothes. So e set Aaron and im clothes apart make dem holy, and im sons and dem clothes with am.

³¹Moses tell Aaron and im sons say, "Boil di meat for di door of di tent of meeting, chop am dea with di bread from di basket of di ordination offering, just as I command say: Aaron and im sons go chop am. ³²Whatever remain for di meat and di bread, burn am with fire. ³³No comot for di door of di Tent of Meeting for seven days, until una ordination days end, because e go take seven days to ordain una. ³⁴Wetin dem don do today, na our Papa command make dem do am to make atonement for una. ³⁵Stay for di door of di tent of meeting day and night, seven days, dey do wetin our Papa want, so dat una no go die—na dis be wetin dem command me." ³⁶So Aaron and im sons do everything wey our Papa don command through Moses.
