Colossians 2

2 ¹I want make una know how I dey struggle hard for una, and for dem wey dey Laodicea, and for everybody wey never see my face, ²so dat their heart go get encouragement, join together for love, and enter into all di rich blessing wey full assurance and understanding dey bring—into di knowledge of our Papa im mystery, wey be Christ, ³for inside am dem hide all di treasure of wisdom and knowledge. ⁴I dey talk dis one so dat nobody go fit deceive una with sweet-mouth argument. ⁵Even though my body no dey with una, my spirit dey with una, and my belle dey sweet as I dey see how una dey arrange yourselves well and how una faith for Christ stand strong.

Dem Root Am Well And Build Am Up For Inside Am

E carry am comot, nail am for di cross. ¹⁵E collect weapon from di rulers and authorities and shame dem for open, as e win over dem for inside am.

¹⁶So make nobody judge una over food, or drink, or festival, or new moon, or Sabbath. ¹⁷All dis one na shadow of di things wey bin dey come, but di real thing na Christ own. ¹⁸Make nobody disqualify una as e dey enjoy false humility and dey worship angels, dey focus on di visions wey e see, dey blow himself up for nothing because of im fleshly mind, ¹⁹and e no dey hold on to di Head, and na from di Head di whole body dey grow with di growth wey dey come from our Papa, as e dey feed am and join am together with joint and ligament.

²⁰If una don die with Christ to di elemental spirits of di world, why una dey submit to im rules like say una still be part of di world? ²¹“No handle, no taste, no touch”? ²²All dis things dey perish as person dey use dem, because na di command and teaching of man dem dey follow. ²³Dis rules dey look like wisdom—worship wey dem invent, false humility, and hard treatment of di body—but dem no get any value to stop di flesh from doing wetin e want.
