Isaiah 35

35 ¹Di wilderness and di dry land go happy; di desert go rejoice and bloom like crocus flower. ²E go bloom plenty-plenty and rejoice with joy and singing. Dem go give am di glory of Lebanon, di fine-fine beauty of Carmel and Sharon. Dem go see di glory of our Papa, di greatness of our Papa. ^a a v2 Lebanon, Carmel, and Sharon na regions of ancient Israel wey people bin dey praise because of dia thick forest, dia rich hillside, and dia natural beauty — na dem be di example wey people dey use talk about fine-fine glory.

³Make strong di weak hands, and steady di knees wey dey bend. ⁴Talk give dem wey dia heart dey fear, say, “Be strong; no fear! Look, your Papa go come with justice, with di pay-back of our Papa. E go come and save una.”

⁸And highway go dey there, one road, and dem go call am di Way of Holiness. Person wey no clean no go pass am; e belong to di one wey dey waka di way—even foolish people no go waka comot from am. ⁹No lion go dey there, and no fierce animal go waka on am; dem no go find dem there. But di people wey dem don redeem go waka there, ¹⁰and di people wey our Papa don pay ransom for go return. Dem go come Zion with singing, joy wey no dey end go dey for dia head; gladness and joy go catch dem, and sorrow and sighing go run comot.
