Let them know there is no condemnation in You when they fall short, that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that nothing — no layoff, no setback, no ending — can separate them from Your love. Let them know You, their Father, as their true reward, greater than any title that fades. And may they wake up every single day knowing they are loved by their heavenly Father.
