Psalms 101

101 ¹ Of covenant love and justice I will sing; to you, my Father, I will make music. ² I will be careful to follow the blameless way. When will you come to me? I will walk with integrity of heart within my house. ³ I will set no worthless thing before my eyes. I hate the work of those who fall away; it shall not cling to me. ⁴ A perverse heart shall depart from me; I will know nothing of evil. ⁵ Whoever secretly slanders his neighbor, him I will silence; the one with haughty eyes and a proud heart I will not endure. ⁶ My eyes are on the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me; the one who walks in the blameless way shall serve me. ⁷ No one who practices deceit shall dwell within my house; no one who speaks lies shall stand firm before my eyes. ⁸ Every morning I will silence all the wicked of the land, cutting off every evildoer from the city of our Father.
